These terms and conditions apply to the Looki mobile application (hereafter referred to as the “Application”) created by Boring Builds (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Copying, modifying, or distributing the Application, any part of it, or any of our trademarks without authorization is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative works. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to ensuring the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. As such, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver its services. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the Application secure. The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may expose it to malware, viruses, or other security vulnerabilities, and could cause the Application to malfunction.

Internet Connection and Usage
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection—via Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not perform properly due to lack of connectivity or data limits.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider’s terms still apply. You may incur data charges, including roaming fees if used outside your home country. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the device’s bill payer, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the person responsible for the bill.
Device Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged and operational. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application is unavailable due to your device running out of battery or otherwise becoming inoperable.
Accuracy and Updates
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and up-to-date, it relies on third-party data sources. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience due to reliance on the Application’s functionality or information.
The Application may be updated from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that updates will always make the Application compatible with your device or operating system. You agree to accept updates when offered.
The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:
